Markus Scherer

Markus Scherer ( born July 20, 1962 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a former German wrestler. He was Olympic silver medalist in 1984 and 1989 European champion in Greco-Roman style in the paper weight.

Career

Markus Scherer is the youngest of three brothers struggling ( Freddy, Bernd, Markus ). They began in the late 1960s with success coach Walter Gehring, which formed a series of Palatine wrestlers to world -class athletes, with the rings.
