Markus Weise

Markus Weise ( born December 19, 1962 in Mannheim ) is a German hockey coach.

Way began at the age of nine with the hockey games at TSV Mannheim. As a coach, he was responsible for long the ladies league team of TSV Mannheim. He was also coach of the German women's choice, various youth teams of the German Hockey Federation and also assistant coach of the men's national teams. With the German women's national hockey team, he won the Olympic gold medal in 2004. Since November 6, 2006 he has been national coach of the German national hockey team of men. At the 2008 Olympic Games manner won for the second time as coach the gold medal. In Beijing, he led the national hockey team of the gentlemen in the final against Spain to victory. At the 2012 Olympics in London, he was able to repeat the success with the men's team and won for the third time as a coach Olympic gold.
