Markwayne Mullin

Mark Wayne Mullin ( born July 26, 1977 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an American politician. Since 2013 he represents the State of Oklahoma in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Mark Wayne Mullin attended the Stillwell High School and then studied until 1996 at the Missouri Valley College in Marshall. In 2010, he graduated from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee. He was also active in the family's own installation company, which he took over, and as a rancher. Today, he owns several companies and farms in Oklahoma. He also hosts a radio talk show. Politically, he was a member of the Republican Party.

In the congressional elections of 2012, Mullin was in the second electoral district of Oklahoma in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC chosen, where he became the successor of not more candidates Democrat Dan Boren on January 3, 2013. In the elections he reached 57 percent of the vote. His Democratic rival candidate Rob Wallace came to 33 per cent; Oklahoma's delegation in Congress is so now exclusively from Republicans. In the House, he is a member of the Committee on Natural Resources and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

Mark Wayne Mullin is married and father of three children; the family lives privately in Westville.
