Marlayne

Marlayne Sahupala ( born July 1, 1971 in Baarn as Marleen van den Broek ) is a Dutch pop singer and presenter.

First experience as a singer she made in the backing vocals of singer René Froger. As winner of the Dutch preliminary decision, she was allowed to compete in Jerusalem at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1999. With the pop song One Good Reason, she managed eighth place. In the years 2000, 2001 and 2003 they were known in the contest, the points from the Netherlands. In 2001 they released their only album Meant to Be.

In 2003 she was a presenter of the message format hard of Nederland and shortly afterwards by De Nieuwe Uri Geller, the Dutch version of The Next Uri Geller.
