Marlon Ramsey

Marlon Ramsey ( born September 11, 1974 in Galveston ) is a retired American sprinter who specialized in the 400 -meter run.

At the World Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 1995 he won the gold medal in the 4 x 400 - meter relay. The American squadron was victorious in the lineup Marlon Ramsey, Derek Mills, Butch Reynolds, and Michael Johnson in 2:57,32 minutes before the teams of Jamaica ( 2:59,88 min) and Nigeria ( 3:03,18 min).

Marlon Ramsey is 1,75 m tall and had a competition weight of 66 kg. He attended Baylor University, where he was coached by Clyde Hart.
