Marrakech Agreement

With the Marrakech Accords several agreements concluded in the Uruguay Round are referred, in particular the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO). The WTO Marrakesh Agreement was signed by 120 states on 15 April 1994. Therefrom were 135 signatory countries until February 1995.

In summary, the various agreements in the Final Act of Marrakech. In addition to the WTO agreements include GATT 1994, as well as 18 other multilateral and four plurilateral agreements to the Marrakech Agreement.
