He himself says that his concept bein think nothing new, " everything that has been integrated into the CSF is known for centuries. It is therefore important to remind us of something we already know - namely about how our interpersonal communication was originally intended. "

He is convinced that the way our speech plays a crucial role in our ability to remain empathetic.

For more than three decades, he offers his seminars all over the world, his concept is now being applied in families, schools, therapy, psychotherapy and counseling, organizations and companies and in diplomatic and business negotiations. Even in the crisis and war zones one resorts to Rosenberg to non-violent communication, self- promote between hostile ethnic groups (for example, in Israel, Palestine, Rwanda and Croatia). So in 1994 Serbian educators and psychologists, supported by UNICEF, developed a three-volume work to learn nonviolent communication by Rose 's method for kindergartens and schools.

Rosenberg's goals:

  • Resolution of our old patterns of defense, retreat and attack
  • Reduction of resistance, defense and violent reactions
  • To give promotion of appreciation, attention and empathy and the desire of the heart
