Martell Webster

Martell Webster ( born December 4, 1986 in Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington) is an American professional basketball player. He currently plays for the Washington Wizards in the NBA. The 2.01 m wide and 101 -pound guard was selected in 6th place in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Blazers. His nickname " The Definition ," hath given him a friend, is a pun on his last name (according to Webster's Dictionary). Jason Terry of the Brooklyn Nets is his cousin.

He was assigned to the Fort Worth Flyers, who play in the NBA Development League, in January 2006. But in February, he was again brought to the squad of the Portland Trail Blazers. His career highest score of 26 points he reached on January 5, 2008. 24 points he has made in the 3rd quarter of the 26. He is one of the last players who have come directly out of high school to the NBA, due to the new draft regulation in 2006, began.
