Martin Braun

Martin Brown ( born November 18, 1968 in Loeffingen ) is a former German football player.

Career as a player

After he started at FC Loeffingen playing football, he was active for the FV Donaueschingen to 1990 and graduated from the same training as a bank clerk.

His first professional matches he graduated in the 1990/91 season for the then second division side SC Freiburg, where he drew attention to himself with his solid performances. In 1993 he went to the club under coach Volker Finke in the 1st Bundesliga. After a total of 108 games and 19 goals (first and second Bundesliga) for the sport club joined Brown 1995 on the 1st FC Cologne. Since he did not permanently belonged to the start occupation at FC it two years later he moved to Austria to record champions Rapid Vienna. In 1999 he returned to Germany and played one season at Karlsruher SC, before he was taken from VfR Aalen, who played in the Regionalliga Süd, under contract. In 2003 he ended his active career.

Career as PR-Manager/Trainer

After completing a correspondence course for diploma in Business Administration ( FH), he worked as PR manager of SC Freiburg until 2007. This contract he solved for reasons of differing views on dealing with the long -time coach Volker Finke as the last " Finke Faithful " by mutual agreement of December 31, 2007. Then Martin Brown was temporarily in charge of VfR Aalen as managing director and worked for the commercial and sporting events, before he took up his new position on 1 April 2009 as Head of Corporate Communications at the Imtech Germany GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg. In summer 2012, he joined the team of experts " Stadium and Arena Technology " by Imtech. His successor as head of corporate communications at Imtech is since 1 July 2012, the PR - journalist and presenter Sebastian Conrad ( born September 5, 1968 in Hamburg).

Since May 29, 2010 Martin Brown coached the first team of FC 08 Villingen in the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg.
