Martin Ebbertz

Martin Ebbertz ( born July 6, 1962 in Aachen ) is a German writer and screenwriter.

Life

After his birth in Aachen Ebbertz Martin spent his childhood and youth in Prüm. He studied German literature, philosophy and history led him to Freiburg, Münster, and finally to Frankfurt. There he also took thereafter his work as a freelance writer on, followed by a five -year stay in Thessaloniki (Greece). Since the spring of 2000 Ebbertz lives in Boppard.

After his first book published in 1988, put Ebbertz from 1992 focuses on the writing of children's books. His most successful book, The Little Mr. Jaromir illustrating the difficulties of a lovable outsider with the achievements of the modern world, has also been translated into Dutch and Chinese. His stories for children have been read for broadcasting even in children's radio drama series Ohrenbär rbb. Since 2008 Ebbertz is the edition Razamba also editor of a small-sized poetry series.
