Martin Echtler

Echtler Martin ( born January 14, 1969 in Peiting ) is a German climber and alpine athletes. He is a member of the German national ski mountaineering.

Echtler holds the German record time in the Patrouille des Glaciers, 2007 was German champion in the vertical race and German Vice Champion in ski mountaineering. He also successfully operates mountain running and has four times won the Zugspitze extreme mountain running. His sister Christine Echtler - Schleich was also in the women's squad of the German national ski mountaineering.

2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008, he won the Zugspitze run.
