Martin Lacey jr.

Martin Lacey Jr. ( born June 8, 1977 in England ) is an English trainer.

His father Martin Lacey sr. is the owner of a circus and a zoo in England and breeds lions and tigers. Martin's mother Susan Lacey has also worked for many years as an animal trainer with big cats and bears. Martin attended a boarding school in England, after which he worked for some time in the circus his father before 1997 with its own group of lions independently made ​​with animals from the breeding of his father. His older brother, Alexander worked at the circus Charles Knie with a mixed predator group before he joined early in the season 2012 for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the USA.

Since 2001, Martin Lacey Jr. is involved with the Circus Krone.

He is currently working with three lions, seven lionesses, two lionesses and white with the white lion King Tonga. He also leads since 2009 before the rhino Tsavo.

At the Circus Festival of Monte Carlo, he won the only trainer in the world respectively the Silver Clown ( 2000) and the Golden Clown (2010).

Lacey is with Jana Mandana Lacey - Krone, born fungus ( * 1979 ) married. As the adopted daughter of Christel Sembach-Krone is the junior chef of the circus and works with the crown - horses and exotics ( llamas, camels, zebras ), and in-house elephants. The couple has a son, Alexis Henry Lacey crown.
