Martin Spanjers
Martin Ryan Spanjers ( born February 2, 1987 in Tucson, Arizona) is an American actor who became known in Dating My Teenage Daughter primarily for his role as Rory Joseph Hennessy.
Life
Spanjers was born as the son of the artist Sara and facility administrator Frank in Tucson, Arizona. He has an older brother, Matt, who works as a restaurant manager in Colorado. At the age of 7 years Spanjers discovered during a theater camps his passion for acting. He was discovered by manager Aileen Reid and played in the first commercials. Before his breakthrough visited Spanjers the Utterback Middle Magnet School, then moved to a school specifically for actors and was eventually home schooled. As a 10 -year-old he went with his parents for the first time to Los Angeles, where he has lived since 2001.
