Martin Wuttke

Martin Wuttke ( born February 8, 1962 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German actor and director, who also participates as a speaker in many radio plays.

Life

Wuttke began his acting training at the puppet theater in Bochum College and then moved to the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum. He played in numerous theaters in Germany as the Volksbühne am Rosa- Luxembourg - Platz Berlin, the Berliner Ensemble, the theater on Rosa Luxemburg Platz, the Schiller Theater in Berlin, at the Deutsches Theater Berlin, the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, the theater of the West Berlin, the Thalia theater Hamburg, Staatstheater Stuttgart, the Freie Volksbühne Berlin and at the spectacle Frankfurt.

1995 to 1996 he was briefly in succession by Heiner Müller, Fritz Marquardt, Matthias Langhoff, Peter Palitzsch and Peter Zadek director of the Berliner Ensemble. Since 2008, Wuttke forms, together with Simone Thomalla the Leipzig Ermittlerduo Saalfeld and Keppler in the scene of the Central German Radio. 2009 Wuttke played Adolf Hitler in Quentin Tarantino 's Inglourious Basterds.

In addition to his theater and film work Wuttke lends his voice for radio plays, such as the author of production for the West German Broadcasting God in the case of Jens Rachut under the direction of the author, 2011.

Martin Wuttke lives with actress Margarita Broich and their two sons in Berlin.
