Marvell Technology Group is a bermudischer manufacturer of storage, telecommunications and semiconductor products.
The following categories cover the range of products from:
- End users: Ethernet, Wireless LAN, Voice over IP ( VoIP ) system components, storage solutions and embedded systems.
- Corporate customers: Marvell manufactures semiconductor solutions for network switches, routers and wireless products. Marvell was the first manufacturer to market-ready Gigabit Ethernet switching solutions.
- Storage: solutions that are based on a single highly integrated chip and complete hard drive interface and other components are equipped with network interface.
Marvell was founded in 1995 and employs 5,893 staff (as of 2011 ). Marvell has design centers in Aliso Viejo, Colorado, Massachusetts, San Diego and Santa Clara and outside the United States in Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and Taiwan; Distribution centers exist throughout the world.

Since the sale by Intel in 2006, the XScale processor technology belongs to Marvell. The purchase price was U.S. $ 600 million in cash and other undisclosed liabilities.
