Marxist–Leninist Communist Party of Ecuador

The Partido Comunista Marxista Leninista del Ecuador ( PCMLE ) is a Communist Party of Ecuador. They split up in 1964 by the Partido Comunista del Ecuador as a Maoist grouping off and leaned later the model Albania and Enver Hoxha on. In 1978, the Movimiento Popular Democrático split off, which has some success in elections. The PCMLE has some influence in trade unions and social movements such as the Juventud Revolucionaria del Ecuador.

The PCMLE is an active member of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations ( Unity and Struggle ).
