Mary Ann Swenson

Mary Ann Swenson ( born July 8, 1947 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas) is an American, Methodist Bishop of the United Methodist Church.

Life

After her schooling in Jackson, Mississippi, Swenson studied at Millsaps College in Jackson theology and reached the 1969 Bachelor. She then studied at the School of Theology at Claremont, where it reached its master. On August 31, 1968 Swenson married her husband Jeffrey Joe Swenson in Elma, Washington. 1992 Swenson was ordained a bishop.
