Masha'Allah

Mā schā'a llah (Arabic: ما شاء الله, DMG mā ʾ Allāh Sá ) is a phrase from Arabic and is called "How / what God wants ."

The phrase is used in the Islamic world in general, to express either Gottergebung or amazement.

The term is also used when you see something beautiful or what is desirable, and should then serve to keep away the evil eye and possible envy. It is this, among other things in the Koran in Sura 18:40 " Why didst thou not, as thou wentest into thy garden, say: Allah's will there is no power save in Allah? ".

The term is sometimes also used as a male first name.
