Maso Finiguerra
Maso Finiguerra (* March 1426 in Florence, † December 4, 1464 ibid ) was an Italian goldsmith during the Renaissance.
Life
Finiguerra learned the craft from his father, Antonio Finiguerra and became the most famous Niellokünstler his time. Giorgio Vasari wrote to him to the invention of engraving. Although the safe was not the case, but Finiguerra was certainly one of the first Italians who used this art.
