Massagno

Massagno is a municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton Vezia in the district of Ticino in Switzerland and borders as a suburban community directly to Lugano.

History

Around the year 1000 Massagno is first mentioned. In 1600 die from a few people almost all the inhabitants of the plague.
