Massimo Dutti

Massimo Dutti is a company belonging to the Spanish Inditex group. The company produces and sells clothing. It was founded in 1985 by Armando Lasauca and produced and marketed first Men's clothing, especially shirts.

In 1991, the Inditex Group purchased 65% of the share capital before the company was taken over 100%. The production was subsequently extended to women's clothing, children's clothing, watches and perfumes. Currently there are more than 681 stores in over 64 countries.

The administration is sitting in Barcelona, Spain, in contrast to Inditex, which has its headquarters in Arteixo, Galicia, Spain.
