Massimo Montanari

Massimo Montanari ( * 1949 ) is an Italian historian.

He mainly deals with the Middle Ages. His research interests include agricultural and food history so that he has a lot of published food culture of the Middle Ages. Massimo Montanari teaches, among other things at the University of Catania and the University of Bologna.
