Masterboy
Masterboy is a German Euro dance band. The band was founded in 1989, had its last release in 2003.
History
Masterboy was in 1989 by the Stuttgart region Enrico Zabler ( b. 1959 ) and Thomas Jürgen Schleh (* 1964, now known by the stage name Klubbingman ) was founded. Overall Masterboy sold since 1990 ( first hit: Dance To The Beat - still without a singer ) 600,000 sound recordings ( and 21 million records, if you count also compilations on which a song is included by Masterboy ). Some publications of the group gained silver, gold or platinum awards. Trixi Delgado was the first singer and was later replaced by Linda Rocco. In both casts considerable success in the charts of various countries were significant. Followed in 1998 by Annabell Kay. With her as a singer, the group was the last time achieve significant chart success. The first hit of the band with Annabell Kay was in 1999 Porque te vas. The European breakthrough Masterboy 1994 Feel the Heat of the Night, the only top- ten finish of the formation in Germany and Is This the Love. Especially in France, Masterboy had success. 2003 was published with Trixi Delgado, the old and new female singer, the song Feel the Heat of the Night in a new version - now the third time after the 2000 version with Annabell Kay.
For 2007, though a new release was planned, but it did not for unknown reasons to do so. However, there were several Klubbingman productions with Trixi Delgado. In 2011, a remake album with old hits in new sound robe and a new single was planned. Download as there was dance to the beat 2k11 Tommy & Tibby feat. Masterboy, a remix of the first hits of Masterboy.
On 16 November 2013, the first joint live show took place since 1996. On the occasion of sunshine live 90 Masterboy Party played their greatest hits. In an interview Tommy Schleh announced that further performances are planned around the world. If demand is high enough to appear in 2014 a new album.
