Mastoid lymph nodes

The lymph [ Lnn. ] Retroauriculares ( " situated behind the ear lymph nodes " ), according to the latest nomenclature lymph nodes ( Nll. ) retroauriculares, are a group of lymph nodes in the head of the people behind the ear to the mastoid process under the auricular muscle are located posteriorly. The catchment area ( tributary area ) are the peak area and the back of the ear. The lymph is carried to the deep cervical lymph nodes.
