Mataranka, Northern Territory

Mataranka is a municipality in the Top End of Australia's Northern Territory.

The small town is located about 431 km southeast of the territorial capital of Darwin and about 114 kilometers south of Katherine. In the year 2006 252 inhabitants were counted in the Australian census.
