Matt Higgins (ice hockey)

Matt Higgins ( born October 29, 1977 in Calgary, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently the HDD Olimpija Ljubljana in the Austrian Hockey League contract.

Career

The junior career of Matt Higgins began in 1993 at the Moose Jaw Warriors in the WHL. Thereafter, the Center during the NHL Entry Draft in 1996 was selected in the first round by the Montreal Canadiens, which initially at their farm team, the Fredericton Canadiens, sent him to the American Hockey League.
