Matteo Ceirano

Matteo Ceirano (* 1870 in Cuneo, † March 19, 1941 in Turin ) was an Italian car manufacturer and founder of a number of domestic automobile companies.

Biography

As the third son in addition to Giovanni Battista, Giovanni and Ernesto the Ceirano family learned and he worked initially in the Turin Bicycle and later automobile workshop of his brother Giovanni Battista, known from 1898 until the takeover by Fiat in the following year as Ceirano Giovanni Battista & C. was and the 3.5 hp " Well Eyes", the prototype of the first Fiat car, designed and manufactured.
