Matthias Trattnig

Matthias Trattnig ( born April 22, 1979 in Graz) is an Austrian ice hockey player, who plays for EC Red Bull Salzburg in the Austrian Hockey League since 2005.

Career

Trattnig visited the Academic Gymnasium in Graz. His hockey career began at EC Graz, before moving abroad. Trattnig played, among other things four years for the University of Maine in the National Collegiate Athletic Association, after two years Djurgårdens IF in the Elitserien, and one year for the Kassel Huskies in the German Ice Hockey League and the American Hockey League for the Syracuse Crunch.

In 2005 he returned to Austria and plays since the EC Red Bull Salzburg, with whom he was in 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 Austrian Champion.
