Mattia Perin (* November 10, 1992 in Latina ) is an Italian footballer who plays in the position of goalkeeper and is currently at Genoa under contract.

Career

Association

Perin began his footballing career in the youth of Pro Cisterna near his birthplace. After a year he moved to the youth of Pistoiese and remained there two years. In 2008 he was of Genoa took on in his department. Since 2010 he is part of the professional squad and completed a game in dress of red and blue.

In order to gain match practice Genoa gave him to Serie B Padova Calcio to where he played the entire season. Overall, he came up with 25 missions and ended up with the team to seventh in the table.

For the 2012/13 season Perin was awarded from Genoa to the Series A climber Delfino Pescara 1936. He immediately avanvcierte team regular and important support in the fight against relegation.

National

Perin went through to the U-17 youth teams of all Italians and came regularly to missions. Since 2010 he is also part of the U -21 team.

In addition, he was appointed first time in 2012 by Cesare Prandelli in the cadre of senior national team for the friendly against England on 15 August. In this case he did not come, however, for use as Salvatore Sirigu was the full time on the field.

Others

Perin is considered one of the most promising players in the near future and is already being compared by many with Gianluigi Buffon.
