Matvey Kazakov

Matvey Fyodorovich Kazakov (Russian Матвей Фёдорович Казаков; * 1738 in Moscow, .. † 26 Oktoberjul / November 7 1812greg in Ryazan ) was a Russian architect.

Kazakov appeared during the reign of Catherine II. , He developed starting from an individual Baroque classicism. Its most important building is the Senate Palace ( 1787) in the Moscow Kremlin.
