Maurice Spector

Maurice Spector (* 1898, † August 1, 1968 ) was a Canadian communist politician.

Spector, in the 1920s, Chairman of the Communist Party of Canada, an early supporter of Trotsky was after his break with the Communist International. He was a founder of the Canadian Trotskyist movement and 1938-1939 member of the Socialist Workers' Party of Canada.
