Max Pirkis

Max Pirkis (actually: Max William R. Pirkis, born January 6, 1989 in London ) is a British film actor.

Biography

The son of a broker and a publisher, first appeared in school plays before director Peter Weir was aware of him, and him in 2003 for the film Master and Commander - The Far Side of the World occupied on the side of Russell Crowe. For his portrayal of Midshipman Blakeney in Master and Commander, he was awarded the 2004 Young Artist Award. In 2005 he stood for the twelve -part series Rome in front of the camera, in which he, the later Augustus embodies the historical personality of Octavian.

From 2004 to 2007 attended Pirkis Eton College, and then moved to the University of Cambridge. Here he studied since October 2007, at St Catharine 's College theology.

His hobbies include cricket and football. He also plays violin and saxophone.
