Maxim Gourov

Maxim Gurov (Russian Максим Гуров; born 30 January 1979) is a Kazakh cyclist.

Career

Maxim Gurov began his career in 2003 with the French cycling team MTC octospiders. The next year he drove for octospiders -Saint Quentin. For the 2007 season, he was by the Swiss ProTour team Astana under contract. In his first race for Astana, Tour of Qatar 2007, Gurov finished in 17th place in the standings behind the winner Wilfried Cretskens.
