Maximilian Beister ( born September 6, 1990 in Göttingen ) is a German football player.

Clubs
Hamburger SV
He started in the F- youth at VfL Lüneburg play with the football and in 2004 moved to the youth department of Hamburger SV. He's since the age of ten supporters of this club.
For the season 2008/ 09 Beister was initially as last season in the squad of A- Youth ( U -19), in which he belonged to the older year at this time. In the first round Beister played all season his appearances in the A- youth - league team by Rodolfo Esteban Cardoso. Chance he also came in the second team (U -23) by Karsten Baeron used. So Beister celebrated on September 21, 2008 ( 5th Round ) in the fourth division Regionalliga Nord his debut at senior level. In the 0-1 defeat against 1 FC Magdeburg he came off the bench in 53 minutes for Joseph Olumide. Another application was followed on 11th matchday. After the 18th Round Karsten Baeron was fired as coach of the second team. For him, took Beisters A youth coach Rodolfo Esteban Cardoso. Under Cardoso finally he came regularly used.
For the 2009/10 season Beister signed a professional contract, which made him a member of the professional team. In the team of Bruno Labbadia Beister received the shirt number 31, match practice he gained still only the second team in which he became a regular player. On 22 November 2009 ( 13 Matchday) celebrated Beister his professional debut when he appeared as a substitute in the 0-1 home defeat against VfL Bochum in 89 minutes for Guy Demel. It was followed by another insert 17 April 2010 ( 31 Matchday). In the 0-1 home defeat against 1 FSV Mainz 05 Beister came on in the 82nd minute for Dennis Aogo.
Lending to Dusseldorf
In order to gain match practice, Beister was loaned for the season 2010/11 for two years in the second division Fortuna Dusseldorf. In the DFB Cup match against TuS Koblenz, his first competitive match for Fortuna, he came on in the 25th minute for Sascha Dum. His debut in the 2nd Bundesliga, he gave 11 September 2010 against FSV Frankfurt. His first goal he succeeded on 18 December 2010 at the game against SpVgg Greuther Fürth, when he scored the 1-0 final score in the 73rd minute. In the course of the season 2010/11 Beister became the key players in midfield and completed almost all the games from the start.
In the first half of the 2011/12 season, in which he usually the right of midfield was used, Beister continued its positive development. He played in all the games from the start and was able to achieve eight goals. With Fortuna Dusseldorf Beister was after the first round winter champions and with eight goals and eleven templates top scorer of the Bundesliga 2. In the second half Beister could not fully build on his performance from the first round. This was true for the entire team, which deteriorated compared to the first round to two places and thus had in the relegation third. In this Beister scored in the return match against Hertha BSC 1-0 after just 25 seconds. By a 2-1 away win in Berlin and a 2-2 draw Fortuna the ascent was perfect in Beisters last game for the club.
Return to Hamburg
Beister returned to the end of the lending agreement for 2012/13 season for HSV back. On November 27, 2012 ( 14th Round ) in a 3-1 victory at home to FC Schalke 04 he scored the deficit to 1-0 in the intervening 52 minutes, his first Bundesliga goal. On March 5, 2012, he extended his June 30, 2013 expiring contract for a further three years until 30 June 2016. Overall Beister did under coach Thorsten Fink hard at first and was usually only a substitute. Throughout the Bundesliga season, he scored three goals.
In the 2013/14 season Beister came under new coach Bert van Marwijk better kick in and was in the 4-2 -3- 1 system starting players on the right wing. In the first round Beister scored five goals in the league and two cup. In a test match in the winter training camp against Vitesse Arnhem he retired in January 2014, a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament and cartilage and meniscus damage in his left knee and falls to the season end.
National
2009 Beister was the first time a selection of the DFB, the U 19 called. Overall, he ran on for this five times, but remained without a goal. As of October 2009, he was then inserted into the U 20, for whom he met once each in his first two games. Since 2010, Maximilian Beister plays for the German U- 21 team, with which he qualified for the finals in 2013.
