May Pen is a city in the interior of the island of Jamaica. It is the capital of the Clarendon Parish. At the 1991 census, 45 903 inhabitants were registered.

May Pen is a traffic intersection at the intersection of two major highways. Until the termination of the public rail transport chain here a branch line of the Kingston to Montego Bay route in the south to growing area from.
