Mayo Yamaura

Mayo Yamaura (Japanese山 浦 麻叶, Mayo Yamaura; born April 9, 1984 in Miyota, Nagano Prefecture) is a Japanese curler. She plays the position of Second in the Team Aomori Aomori of CC in Aomori Prefecture.

The greatest success of Yamaura was winning the silver medal at the Pacific Championships in 2007 and 2009, the team of Skip Moe Meguro.

In February 2010, Yamaura took part in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver (Canada) as a member of the Japanese team. The team finished in eighth place.
