Mazapa de Madero is a municipality in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas. The municipality is located in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas.

The name comes from the Nahuatl Mazapa and means river of cattle. The epithet honors the Mexican statesman Madero Francisco Madero.

The municipality has 7,793 inhabitants in 1,461 households and a total area of ​​110.7 km ². Administrative seat and largest town of the Municipalities is the same Mazapa de Madero.
