MBTA Bus

In his branch area MBTA bus, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority operates with the motto Driven by Customer Service a total of 178 bus lines in the metropolitan area called Greater Boston, served by 1,052 vehicles and in 2010 carried an average of 378,500 passengers on weekdays. The MBTA provides their services to private bus companies available. These routes are known as " HI -RIDE Commuter Bus" known but not numbered. On some of these routes do not ticket the MBTA or only under certain conditions be accepted.
