MC Serch

MC Serch ( born May 6, 1967 as Michael Berrin ) is an American rapper and music producer with Jewish roots.

Career

Internationally known Serch was his participation in the hip hop group 3rd Bass. After three relatively successful albums, he started in 1992 with his album Return of the Product on his solo career. One of the titles, Here It Comes, reached # 1 on the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks. Shortly thereafter, he was involved as a producer on Nas ' album Illmatic. He also worked on his second album It Was Written.

Serch helped the rapper O.C. to the start of his career to a multimillion dollar contract with Wild Pitch Records. Paying close attention to him was Serch when he heard OC 's feature on the song Fudge Pudge by Organized Konfusion.

Since the end of his career as a musician Serch works only in the Producing region and is viewed as very successful. He also owns a promotion agency, Serchlight promotions. To this end, he played in the film Bamboozled, directed by Spike Lee, a member of the fictional band Mau Maus.

2006 was Serch hosted the show VH1 Ego Trip 's The ( White ) Rapper Show, fight in the 10 white rappers to $ 100,000. He was also host of the second season of " VH1 's Ego Trip: Miss Rap Supreme", but there fighting 10 female rapper to $ 100,000.
