McCloy–Zorin Accords

The McCloy - Sorin Agreement between the United States and the Soviet Union was incorporated on September 25, 1961 by John F. Kennedy in the UN General Assembly unanimously adopted and subsequently on December 20 of the United Nations.

It was founded by Dwight D. Eisenhower and Kennedy, and Nikita Khrushchev on the Russian side, prepared and created a " roadmap " was the basis for all future negotiations and international agreements on nuclear disarmament and general and complete under effective international control. Negotiators were the American John Jay McCloy and the Russian Valerian Alexandrovich Sorin.
