My best friend (AKA: Me Without You ) is a British- German drama film from 2001, directed by Sandra Gold Bacher, who also wrote the screenplay with Laurence Coriat. .

Action

The action begins in 1973 in London. The friendly girl Holly and Marina spend during the summer holidays together their time. Holly's Jewish parents are considered to be conservative, the parents of Marina live in isolation.
