Frisky was a British car brand.

Company History

The Company Henry Meadows ( Vehicles) Limited began in 1957 in Wolverhampton with the production of automobiles. 1958 the company was renamed in Frisky Cars Limited, 1961 the company moved to Sandwich, and 1963 re- renamed Frisky Spares and Services Limited, coupled with a move to Queensborough.

In 1964, the production was stopped.

Rolling stock

The first 1957 model was a small coupe. It had a two-cylinder inboard engine from Villiers with 324 cc displacement and 15 to 16 hp at the rear, and a rear narrow gauge. Between 1957 and 1958 there was also the sports model with 15 to 18 hp as a coupe and open-top two -seater. The sprint from 1958 to 1959 had a three-cylinder engine of Excelsior 492 cc, 30 to 34 horsepower, and was available only as a open two-seater.

Between 1959 and 1961 there was the model FamilyThree, a tricycle, in which the individual wheel was back. The engine was mounted in engine design means behind the front seats, and in front of the rear wheel. Outside next to the engine were two jump seats. There were one-cylinder and two-cylinder engines and Villiers Excelsior Ltd with 197 cc or 244 cc used. The model Prince in 1960 was similar but had larger engines with 324 cc to 328 cc and 11 to 15 hp.
