Meckel, Germany

Meckel is a municipality in the district of Bitburg -Prüm, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Bitburg -Land.

Geography

Meckel is located in the south-west Eifel, about 10 km south of the center of the county town of Bitburg. The municipal area extends into a small valley and is crossed on the southeastern edge of the highway 51. The altitude ranges from 300 m above sea level. Sea level up to 391 m above sea level. NN. History
