The Meckel creek is a small stream in the Westphalian city of Münster. He runs to the west of the city area.

Course

The Meckel creek rises west of the district Roxel near the city border to the municipality Havixbeck. It flows in a southeasterly direction past Roxel, crosses under the highway 1 at the level of the rest area Munsterland and flows to pass the same direction on to the district Mecklenbeck. There the Meckel stream changes its course in a northeasterly direction on the northern edge of Mecklenbeck along before it empties into the right side just before the Münstersche Aa Aa.

The waters overcomes during its flow path a height difference of 14 meters, thus results in an average bed slope of 1.7 ‰.
