MediaFire

MediaFire is a Sharehoster, which was founded in 2006 and its headquarters is located in Harris County ( Texas / USA).

Use

Users can share files online or secure ( in the paid version), by means of a web interface or a desktop software to install. Mediafire does not encrypt uploaded files, such as Mega.

In the free basic version, the user has 50 GB of storage. Files are stored not necessarily permanent. Encrypted ZIP or RAR archives can not be uploaded. Individual uploads can not be larger than 200 MB.

The paid versions "Pro" and "Business" offer uA more memory, persistent data storage, increased file size individually uploaded files, allow encryption of archives and waive advertising and download captchas.
