Meena Keshwar Kamal

Meena Keshwar Kamal; Pashto: مینا کشور کمال; , also known as " Meena "; ( Born February 27, 1956 † 4 February 1987) was an Afghan women's rights activist and founder of the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan ( RAWA ), which she founded as a student at Kabul University in 1977. Meena Keshwar Kamal was married to the Maoist politicians Faiz Ahmad. On February 4, 1987, she died in an assassination to death.
