Mehmet Sedef Seyfettin (* August 5, 1987 in Kilis ) is a Turkish footballer who plays for Antalyaspor.

Early career

Mehmet Sedef was born in the province of Kilis and moved as a child with his family to Istanbul. Here he learned the game of football in the youth of the renowned Istanbul's top club Beşiktaş Istanbul. In March 2005, he signed a professional contract with his club and sat down next to his tenure at the second selection also regularly in the training of the professional team in part. He was one of four seasons for the first team squad and came sporadically repeatedly used. The 2008/09 season he spent on loan at second division Altay Izmir and the following season also on loan at Çaykur Rizespor.

At the end of the 2009/10 season, his contract ended with Beşiktaş and he moved to the new season to newly promoted Konyaspor. At season's end he could not do with his club avoid relegation.

So Sedef moved within the league to Gençlerbirliği Ankara.

During the winter break of the season 2012/13 he left Gençlerbirliği and moved to league rivals Antalyaspor.
