Meilhan-sur-Garonne
Meilhan -sur -Garonne is a French municipality with 1351 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011 ) in the department of Lot- et- Garonne in the Aquitaine region. It is the main town ( chef -lieu ) of the canton of the same name. In 1919 was made " Meilhan " " Meilhan -sur -Garonne ".
Waters
The village center is flanked by the Lateral Canal à la Garonne in the Northeast. At the height of Meilhan -sur -Garonne forms the Garonne, this village is situated on the left bank, a meander that surrounds the right bank community Jusix. At the municipal boundary to the river whore Lisos flows into the Garonne.
