Melco

K. K. Buffalo (Japanese株式会社 バッファロー, Kabushiki - gaisha Baffarō, Eng. Buffalo Inc. ) is a Japanese company that specializes in the supply areas of data storage, networking and memory components. In Germany, the company is represented by its subsidiary Buffalo Technology Germany.

Especially in the Japanese market Buffalo is a leader in the field of wireless products. A well-known especially in Europe the product is network attached storage ( NAS) with the name of the link station.

History

The company was founded on 1 May 1975 by Makoto Maki (牧 诚) as an audio accessory manufacturer Melco (メルコ, Meruko ) founded and took on 5 August 1978, the society as a Kabushiki - gaisha to.
