Melinda Szvorda

Melinda Szvorda (* August 5, 1980 in Kemecse ) is a Hungarian football player.

Career

Association

Szvorda began her career in the youth of the Kemecse SE. In summer 1999, she moved to VSC Miskolc and was promoted in 2000 to the first team. After two years as a regular goalkeeper of the VSC Miskolc, she moved in 2001 to Gyori ETO. In the summer of 2003, she received an offer of FC Viktoria Szombathely, where she spent seven years. On 1 June 2010, the German Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg announced, which was the double winner of the 2009/2010 season committed with FC Viktoria Szombathely. In Germany they came not at VfL Wolfsburg but about the role of reservists came out and not a single use. Therefore, they returned to only half a year in Germany in spring 2011 returned to Hungary and signed for Gyori Doja SE. By June 2011, she came here only to a game and therefore moved in the summer of 2011, after Slovenia ŽNK Pomurje. In Pomurje, she found age to form and came to seven inserts, but was homesick and moved back to Hungary in December 2011 to FC Viktoria Szombathely. On 14 February 2012 she announced her move at 30 June 2012 to Austria for FC southern Burgenland.

Internationally

Szvorda belonged from 2001 to 2008 on the cadres of the senior national team of Hungary and stood in 39 countries playing in goal.
